How do I contact you?

How long will it take for me to get my order?
All custom and preorders have a processing time of 2-3 weeks. Processing time for non custom items is 5-7 business days. If you are ordering a non custom item with a custom item and would like your non custom item sooner we recommend purchasing them separately so they can be shipped separately. 

Will I get a proof before you create my item? 
Yes, we will send a proof to the email associated with your order before proceeding. If we do not hear from you within a few days we will follow up with another email. However, if we have not heard from you after the second email we will proceed with the original design. 

I forgot to use a discount code, can I use it now?
Unfortunately no, once the order has been placed we cannot add discount codes.
I purchased the wrong size, what can I do?
Please email us as soon as possible so we may be able to accommodate. If we are able to we will. However, due to the items being handmade if you receive your order and it's the wrong size there's no returns, refunds or exchanges. 

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, no. Because we make every item to order for you and your pup we do not accept returns. We recommend ensuring you measure your dogs neck size before ordering. If your item arrives damaged then please contact us via email at brewinaussieco@gmail.com. 
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! Please keep in mind  that there may be custom or import duties that are applied to your package. Fees vary depending on country and shipping carrier. 

Will you participate in my giveaway?
While we'd love to participate in all giveaways - we unfortunately can't.
